Concrete & Masonry SEO Template Pack — Keywords, GBP Posts, Page Modules & Scripts

Weekend project

What you'll learn ▸
  • Deploy a keyword-to-page map that separates concrete flatwork, masonry, and repair intent so each high-ticket search lands on a page built for that buying journey
  • Publish a full month of portfolio-driven GBP posts from eight ready-to-edit templates, with winter content timed to capture the spring lead rush
  • Launch a driveway money page with structured before/after galleries, a cost-transparent FAQ set, and review scripts matched to the moments that win multi-quote comparisons

Concrete and masonry break nearly every assumption local SEO advice makes, because that advice is written for emergencies. Nobody wakes up needing a patio. The job is five figures, the decision takes weeks or months, at least three contractors get asked to quote, and there is usually a second decision-maker in the household who has to be convinced. Optimizing this trade for "near me, right now" misreads the entire buying process.

The sequence runs inspiration, then cost, then contractor. It starts with a picture — a stamped patio, an exposed aggregate driveway, a retaining wall that solved a slope problem. Then it becomes a number: what does a 20 by 40 stamped concrete patio actually cost, and why is one bid half the other. Only at the end does it become a name. Most concrete websites are built exclusively for that last step, which means they enter the conversation after the customer has already formed a preference by browsing someone else's photos.

That makes photography the product page in this trade, not decoration on it. Finish type is a visual decision and cannot be sold in prose. It also makes cost content unusually powerful: the contractor who explains why thickness, subgrade preparation, rebar versus wire mesh, and control joint spacing change the price is the one who reframes a cheaper bid as an incomplete one — before the cheaper bid gets presented.

Seasonality compounds it. Pour windows are weather-bound, and the searches that fill a spring schedule happen in late winter, while the crew is idle and the phone is quiet. Companies that only market when they are busy are permanently a season behind their own demand.

There is one structural advantage here worth naming: a large share of concrete and masonry crews have almost no web presence at all. In most markets the Map Pack is genuinely winnable by whoever takes it seriously first, which is not true in plumbing or HVAC.

This pack gives you the inspiration-stage and cost-stage pages most concrete sites skip, a photo and post cadence built around finished work, and the winter content schedule that fills the spring book.
